Customer service and admin role

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, highly organised and computer-savvy customer service and admin manager to complete our team. Come and join our small and dynamic team at Pip Media, where we care for the planet and create content that inspires others to do the same.

With a keen eye for detail, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing our subscription management system, maintaining our high level of customer service, providing sales support, and performing admin duties. We are looking for someone with a high level of computer literacy. Training in specific programs can be provided.

The role

  • Subscription management.
  • Customer service management.
  • Admin for sales team.
  • Managing CRM.
  • Minor website editing.
  • Assistant to publisher.

Essential skills

  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Experience with Woocommerce, Active Campaign, Xero or other equivalent systems beneficial but on the job training available.
  • The ability to troubleshoot problems.
  • Experience with subscription management preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms preferred, but not essential.
  • Must be organised and reliable.
  • Great time management skills.

Location

Pip is based in Pambula, NSW. We support a balance of working in the office and remotely. Days and hours are negotiable.

We will consider a completely remote role with the occasional face to face meet up for the right candidate.

Hours

20 – 25 hours per week. M-F.
