Below you’ll find answers to the questions we get asked most frequently.

When does my subscription expire?

You can see your subscription status and expiry date by heading over to the My Account section.

If you dont see a subscription, your subscription has expired. You can renew it here.

I’d like to change the address on my subscription

You can change you address and other details in the My Account section of the website.

There are two methods you can use to update your address:

  1. Update the shipping address for one subscription; or
  2. Update the shipping and/or billing addresses for all subscriptions.

Change Address on One Subscription

To change the shipping address used for a single subscription, you need to:

  1. Go to the My Account > View Subscription page.
  2. Click the Change Address button next to the subscription.
  3. Enter the new address details in the form.
  4. Click Save Address.

Using this method, the both the shipping address used for this subscription and the default shipping address for future purchases are updated. However, the shipping address for other subscriptions is not changed.

Change the Address on All Subscriptions

To change the address used for all subscriptions, the customer needs to:

  1. Go to their My Account page.
  2. Select the Edit link next to the shipping or billing address.
  3. Enter the new address details in the form.
  4. Tick the checkbox: Update the address used for all of my active subscriptions.
  5. Save Address.

How do I access the digital editions of the magazine?

Am I entered in the major giveaway?

As long as you have a subscription, you are eligible. However, we want to ensure the prize goes to someone who wants it, so we ask that you are let us know that you are interested by adding your details here.

When will my issue arrive?

If you chose to receive the current issue when you purchased your subscription, your magazine will be shipped within 2 business days. It should arrive within a few days, however the post has been known to take up to 3 weeks on occasion.

If you chose to receive the next issue when you purchased your subscription, you will receive your magazine when the next issue is sent. So that subscribers receive their issue before they are on sale in the shops, subscriber copies are sent out ten days before the on sale date. On sale dates are: The first Thursday of the February, May, August and November.

Since Covid there have been some delays with shipping. Unfortunately this is out of our hands and we hope these services will return to normal soon. We have bought our printing dates forward to help avoid delays but we do ask for your patience until things return to normal.
